People’s medical hospital was established in 2004 in Gayaza Bulamu by Dr Ndugga Frank. The hospital started as a clinic with a total of about ten staffs. On the 28th of February 2019 it was commissioned to a hospital by the ministry of health. Over the past years the hospital has grown and now services patients with general ailments alongside specialised medical and surgical interventions the hospital operates at two wings: the out patients and inpatient wing, and the annex wing.
