Manje Health Technologies AB is a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden under company registration number [**] (below “MHT”). MHT provides the website manjehealth.com (below “Manje Health”), which is directed to healthcare service providers in Africa who want to market their services directly to private individuals and end users who want to receive marketing and offers concerning healthcare services in Africa directly from the service providers.
The services provided by MHT through Manje Health are intended to facilitate matchmaking and communication between healthcare service providers and end users regarding healthcare services in Africa.
MHT is not a provider of healthcare services and shall under no circumstances be construed as one. MHT does not recommend or endorse any services, offers or information communicated by third party service providers or end users on Manje Health.
All marketing, offering and communication by a service provider on Manje Health is made at such service provider’s sole risk and responsibility. Under no circumstances shall any marketing, offering or communication by a service provider on Manje Health be construed as made by or on behalf of MHT.
All communication by end users on Manje Health is made at such end user’s sole risk and responsibility, including but not limited to any statements regarding health, finances, payment obligations or any other personal information. Under no circumstances shall any communication by an end user on Manje Health be construed as made by or on behalf of MHT.
MHT makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding Manje Health, the content and information communicated by MHT or any third party on Manje Health, including but not limited to:
1. the accessibility, function, features or service level of Manje Health;
2. the accessibility to data submitted to Manje Health;
3. the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by service providers or end users;
4. whether any of the service providers have and will maintain sufficient rights, interests in and authority to provide the services marketed or offered;
5. the suitability, quality or scope of any services marketed, offered or provided by any service provider;
6. whether information provided by service providers or end users complies with applicable laws, regulations or contractual obligations; and
7. whether the services marketed, offered or provided by service providers comply with applicable laws, regulations or contractual obligations.
MHT shall have no liability for any direct or indirect cost, damage or loss of any kind incurred in connection with any use of Manje Health, regardless of how it was caused, who caused it and whether such cost, damage or loss was foreseeable or not.
