Welwitschia Hospital started as a small local hospital in 1998 and has now grown into a sophisticated medical facility that caters to the growing demands of an urban community. From the initiation of the First Lung Clinic in Namibia, to the installation of the first Low-Dose CT scanner in Africa, Welwitschia is always at the forefront of innovative development. The hospital is also a certified nurse training facility, and is currently in the process of finalising academic accreditation. Welwitschia Hospital provides the best medical care in the region.
