Kira Hospital was made possible thanks to a partnership with Swiss private individuals, Burundian public institutions and Burundian doctors.The idea of making a well-equipped modern hospital was promoted by a group of Burundian doctors who had just returned from European countries to offer quality care at an affordable price and thus contribute to curbing the flow of Burundians and nationals of neighboring countries who seek treatment abroad, by inviting specialties not available in Burundi such as oncology, cardiovascular surgery, etc. through a multi-partnership.
